Total of unchecked amounts

    I have a database with amounts. Each amount can be ticked or unticked. I want to know the total of all unticked amounts in my database.

    Can anyone point me out how to do a search for all amounts without a tick and how to sum them up?

    You could do this by creating a Saved Search that filters your records based on the value of the checkmark field. The total will be displayed at the bottom of the records list view for your field that has a Summary Calculation assigned.
