Just a quick note to say thanks to Brendan for staying with me to resolve a configuration setting issue related to Import.
Any product is only as good as the support and Brendan from my perspective has not only produced a great product but he follows it with committed support.
With that kind of support I will continue to recommend Tap Forms and encourage others to do the same.

Always happy to help. If anyone’s wondering, the issue Robert was having was due to the encoding of his CSV file. Once he changed Tap Forms to use Windows Latin 1 file encoding to match the file he was importing, he was able to import all his records.
