And Tapforms version 5.2.2 (777) for IPhone too!
Thanks Brendan!
You’re very welcome!
Finally got my iPhone X 11 days early so I was able to test Tap Forms out on a real device and make changes to make it work better on it.
Thanks!
Brendan
I just received my iPhoneX and I am not able to access my Document. Every time I click on it, I get the Face ID monitor, but the document never opens.
Any suggestions on how to access my document?
Thank you
Tilt the iPhone X away from you so it doesn’t recognize you, then tap on the Face ID icon that appears. That’ll then ask you for your document password.
Toggle Face ID in the Security Settings to see if that solves the problem.
Hi,
Sorry for posting this here because it is not about the topic, but since you’re talking about iPhone X …
I have ordered an iPhone X and I’ll be receiving it by DEC 7.
The main reason is the bigger screen and the ability to see more data within TF in the MCLV (multi-column list view).
And iPhone is “my computer” when I’m outside.
I have on it TF (I use it everyday; my main App) and all the stuff I need for work, programs, equation solvers, etc.
But with all those rumors about iPhone X:
1. Screen not being responsive as it should at “not so low” temperatures.
2. Green vertical line appearing on the right edge of the iPhone X.
3. These issues with TF.
So I’m not sure anymore if I should cancel my order and buy an iPhone 8.
Can you tell me a bit more about your experience with iPhone X to help me decide if I’d better keep my order or cancel it and move to an iPhone 8.
Thanks,
Jose
Brendan-Your suggestion worked. I entered my passcode after getting Face ID to not recognize me. Now the document opens every time with Face ID. It is faster than the “old” fingerprint authentication. Thank you for your help.
Hi Jose,
I’ve not noticed any of those issues with my iPhone X. My iPhone X is pretty perfectly made.
I would not cancel your order.
