I am having multiple difficulties with TapForms this week.
It appears others are having similar problems like me: encryption concerns, synchronization failures, disappearing files, lack of communication among devices using TapForms, and the need to reload corrupted databases.
I’m running 5.0.6 on iPhone 6+ on iOS and 5.0.8 on MacOS
5.0.6 should have fixed the login issue with encrypted documents. Although there is one more issue I’ve resolved with that when your device goes to sleep and you login again it won’t show your forms. Closing the document and opening it again will fix that for now. I’ve already fixed it and will be releasing 5.0.7 soon. I missed checking that in my haste to get 5.0.6 out the door.
And version 5.0.9 is the latest version for Mac.
