    Hi.

    This looks like a great replacement for the NowContact system I used to use. If I want to email say 20 contacts from a search result, what would be the recommended approach?

    Hi Mike,

    There’s an “Email Selected Addresses…” function under the Edit menu. If you select that, Tap Forms will generate an empty email addressed to the email addresses within the records that it finds has email addresses. If you have more than one email address in a form, switch to the multi-column list view, then click on the email field header to select all those records and then choose the Email Selected Addresses function.

    Not sure exactly if that’s what you’re looking for, but that’s what Tap Forms does. It’s pretty much the same as how Bento worked with that function.
