Sorting items within a field

    Hi,
    I’m using a picklist to select items for a field. The drop-down picklist is in ascending order (alphabetical, in this case). However, as I select items — I don’t always select them in alphabetical order — the resulting items in the field are not sorted. Is there a way I can get them sorted?

    Are you talking about a multi-select Pick List? If so, then they’re added in the order you select them. There’s no function to sort the values internally to the field itself.
