    Do you have any plans to allow importing a file OTHER than CSV? CSV is so limited and hard to work with and Excel does a poor job of converting to CSV.

    CSV is a more universal format than anything else though. So I don’t have any plans on supporting any other formats. What formats did you have in mind?

    Here is my problem. I am trying to use the built-in form ‘Software Licenses’. I changed the License field to a note to support some of the license keys I have, but trying to convert it from Excel to CSV breaks rows.

    Example field (I used Alt+Enter to create a multi-line entry:

    ===== LICENSE BEGIN =====
    412134-19023912
    00001K7FF””EGnhrbEs52Jky4″bElP
    uPTzSZM6qwxLU8QPB1T4wJxZYtYEGC
    trkotjOzpkrqDaCMDuD9bTsnhZNCbM
    ===== LICENSE END =====

    Can you send me your CSV file and I’ll take a look at it and see if I can figure out why it’s not importing properly for you?

    Thanks,

    Brendan
