Just started a new form in TF 5.0.3. After drag and drop of images into a photo field, if I click on the “eye” in the lower left corner to view a larger photo, the image does not enlarge. In fact, there is “genie effect” where the image acts as if it disappears into the camera icon at left. The image actually remains in the photo field, but it does not get bigger when I click the “eye” icon. Any ideas?
This can happen if you have a photo with a very high DPI (dots per inch) value. The image can sometimes not expand fully.
What is the format of the image you’re trying to use in Tap Forms? Is it a JPEG or PNG or something else?
Actually it’s a pdf. Any suggestions?

Ah yes. That’s the reason for it then. The Photo field doesn’t work well with PDF files. It’s best with bitmap type images. Especially since the control that is used to display images on iOS is unable to render PDF images.
