    I may have come across a bug. I have the forms locked (Enterprise settings) but I discovered if I tap on one of the fields it opens and allows me to modify it. I checked this on several forms (including your sample forms) and it is always the fourth field in the list.

    Yup. That’s a bug. And I’ve just fixed it.
