Pick list items can only be used once

I would like to create a pick list of numbers where the numbers can only be used once in a set of records.

For example if a record had the number 4 chosen from the pick list, and then the number 4 was chosen for a different record, then the original number 4 would be deleted.

This would be useful for setting up performance items in order. But could also be useful for sports teams.

Thanks for the feature request. I don’t currently have a unique function for fields in records.

But I’m not entirely sure how popular a function that removes a value from another record would be when you select it from the Pick List.
