I have taken a number of pictures in a form, and I have no problem downloading them. However, all of the photos once downloaded all have the same date: 1979-12-31 at 12:00am. Is there a setting change to get the correct date of when the photo was actually taken or is this a bug?
Many thanks.
Hi,
Hmm… that’s very odd. But I can confirm that is what is happening. I thought the system would automatically assign a proper creation date when the photo is taken. It seems that other files also don’t have the correct dates on them. I’ll investigate that.
Thanks,
Brendan
Thanks. The csv export files, import files, drawings and sqlite file all have this same date. Your program though has been a huge success. I used it on four different excavation projects here in South Africa. Not only was I impressed with your program but several other scientists were also sold on it as well.
Hi,
That’s great to hear that you’re finding success with Tap Forms!
Normally when you save a file in code, it sets the creation date to be the current date. For some reason it’s not now.
Hopefully it’s an easy fix.
Thanks,
Brendan
