Very new to Tap Forms, though have worked with other databases. Set up a form with Text fields, date fields and note fields. In the default layout, I cannot enter data in the note fields. Why? On a Mac running Monterey.
Oops, figured it out. You have to click on the Notes Icon for a pop-up box. Sorry to trouble you.
No worries. If you make a custom layout you can drag a Note field in and then when you exit layout edit mode (by clicking the Layout button to dismiss the layout inspector panel), then you can type into a Note field directly without clicking a button to display the Note field edit window. Clicking outside the Note field edit box will save the note.
