Oh that’s odd. If you close and re-open the document, do they all show up again?
Did you perhaps add searches with the same search rules on different devices? If so, that could cause duplicates because they’re not actually duplicates. They’re new searches but with the same search rules.

I’ve also had the iOS freeze up when I tap the filter icon and have to close the app and restart
The crash could be creating the search when you click on the filter icon. I saw slowness the other day clicking into a filter, does the app full crash or do you force kill it?
The search index is generated or updated whenever you actually select the Saved Search. So if there were a lot of records, it could take a while.
Try compacting the database to speed it up.
