Is it possible to generate table views which exclude some data based on a condition?
For example generate table with all records except those for which column y has value x.

    Hi Julien,

You can create Saved Searches for filtering all of the records in a particular form. You do that by clicking on the funnel button just to the left of the main Search field. Then specify your fields and your conditions to add rules to your search. Click the Save button when you’ve finished creating all your search rules.

See this page in the docs:

That is a good feature thanks.

Is it possible to do a ‘Link to Search’ instead of a ‘Link to Form’?
That way generate a table based on this filtered result instead of the whole set of results?

OK I found how to sort the results of a search but cannot duplicate a form unless I create one from scratch

well actually the problem is not that we cannot duplicate forms, it is that the search sort display is dependent on the default layout. therefore it is not possible to have two searches display the results with a different field order because the field order is defined in the default layout

Actually it is if you use the multi-column list view. Because you can arrange the field order using the Select Fields popover view. You can drag fields up and down there to change the order. It’s a different order depending on whether or not the form itself or any of your searches are selected when you do that. So each search can be displayed differently and sorted differently in the multi-column list view.
