I like Tapforms a lot and use it several times every day but there are some issues.
- Switching between horizontal and vertical mode while editing a record creates strange results where the form ends up in the navigation part of the screen while the content part is empty.
- Switching between Tapforms and other apps and back again results in the cursor sometimes jumping to another field, or the About screen to open on top of everything.
- Some images don’t sync between iOS-devices, but I just read here on the forum in another thread that the image handling will be remade in an upcoming release so hopefully that solves it.
- Coloring a record does not show any color in Photo Grid view. Maybe not a bug but it renders the functionality of coloring records for them to stand out a bit void.
Hi Per,
Thanks for your feedback.
1. I’m not seeing that issue with my iPad with Tap Forms 5. Are you referring to displaying the record edit screen on the right and then rotating the device orientation? Or are you working with the Note field edit screen or some other screen?
2. There is a cover view that does get displayed above everything when you switch apps. But it should go away when Tap Forms comes to the foreground again.
3. Yes, I am working on the new version with new image handling.
4. Yes, you’re right. The Photo Grid view isn’t representing the selected record colour. I need to work on that.
Thanks,
Brendan
