Importing with Mapping to an Existing Database form

Hello,
I would like to ask how I can Import data from an XLS file into an existing Form with Mapping.
Whhen I’m using the “Import Records” it is creating totally “new field names” to the Form, while what I really want is to map the data into to the designated Field Name that already exist.

Hi Edward,

When you import an XLSX file, you have to make sure that the first row contains the exact field names of the fields in your form. That’s how Tap Forms maps your columns to the fields in the form. That also implies that field names must be unique, otherwise it will get confused.
