john cestaParticipantMy ipad 13 and iphone sync perfect but my mac doesn’t sync. It shows me that the last download was 5/12/2024 probab;y last time I used it.
Maybe I missed a step somewhere. I uninstalled mac and reinstalled. same thing.
Thanks
John

john cestaParticipantMy sync button now on the file menu is grayed out.

BrendanKeymasterTry re-sending your document from your iPad or iPhone back to your Mac.
Than re-enable sync and see if that resolves the issue.

john cestaParticipantwhat is the procedure to do that? To resend?
Should I delet the document on the MAC?

BrendanKeymasterYa, re-enable sync means to go to the Settings window, then Sync, then click on the Enable iCloud Sync button.
You’re saying you did that but you don’t see anything happening on the Mac? Not even the sync date changes in the bottom-right of the window?

BrendanKeymasterThe message on the right tells me that you don’t have iCloud Drive enabled for your iCloud account and that’s why sync isn’t working. You’ll need to enable iCloud Drive on your Mac.

john cestaParticipantYes that was it. Sorry. I haven’t used this Mac for sometime. It works perfect now.
Thanks for your time.
