Fields in listview

    Is there a way to set the fields shown in the listview? I know I can set the number of columns shown in the list view but I would like to set the fields shown myself.

    Hi,

    Yes you can. Just go to the Fields list where you customize the form and drag the fields up to the top that you want displayed on the records list view. Tap Forms will display the first X number of fields depending on what you’ve specified for the List View Fields setting. 1 to 5. If a Photo field is the first field, then a thumbnail will be automatically created for you and then you still have 5 regular fields that can be displayed to the right of it.
