Email selected addresses

    Hi Y’all,

    Is this feature working. When I select this operation, an email is created, but without any email addresses present. I’m running Sierra and TF 5.0.9.

    Yes it does. You have to select all the records you want to get the email addresses from first. If there’s more than one email address field, if you’re in the single-column list view, Tap Forms will use all Email Address fields it finds. On the multi-column list view you can click the column header to select all the records for the one field selected and Tap Forms will just include the email addresses from that field.

    Make sure none of your email addresses have any extraneous characters in them such as spaces before or after the addresses.

    Many thanks Brendan. I was trying using the photo grid view….
