    Hi Brendan

I have several forms with multiple saved searches in each. I have just come up with a new view format for one of the saved searches that I like – fields included, field order, text size, etc. in the multi column view. The same will be true for the other forms as well.

Is there ANY way I can copy that set of criteria to all the other saved searches in that form, or do I have to go through each one and do it from scratch so to speak. Not something I think I have the patience for!

I have searched and suspect the answer is no, but worth a try I guess!

    Cheers…

    Hi Tony,

I’m sorry but there’s no function to copy the Saved Searches fields selection format from one Saved Search to another. The field itself stores that information, but in a dictionary keyed to the internal ID of the Saved Search. So when you copy or make a new Saved Search, I don’t have a function for copying the field selections and field order for the Saved Search.

    Thanks,

    Brendan
