My first criticism of Tap Forms? Say it isn’t so! I love the separate docs feature, but the cloudant thing needs to be demystified.
I suspect that some laypeople may be intimidated by all the management features in cloudant. So do I need to create a database like I would in mysql or will tapforms do this for me? Do I need to set up users and add permissions? Derp da derp??? Maybe a demo video might be a good idea to get people started with cloudant syncing.
Well really all you do is create your account and that’s about all you have to do on the Cloudant website. Plus I do have a video on how to do that and how to setup sync here:

Yes, I realized once I got it working that cloudant worked as a conduit for the sync, not housing a master database file.
Thanks.
