Is there a way to set ‘Check Spelling While Typing’ to be off default? Now I always have to manually set it off to get rid of the red dotted line again and again.
Unfortunately that setting seems to be controlled by Apple’s system. I am simply allowing that menu to be displayed there. But the functionality of it is controlled by Apple. I’ll have to dig into it to see if there’s a way I can save the setting and restore it when a document is opened. Sorry for the inconvenience.
