    Hi,
    I am beyond frustrated. You’ve always helped me in the past, so I hope you can help again. I’ve read thru your other posts. I changed name of file and uploaded to iCloud. Then, when I tried to sync with my phone, it dropped all of my recent pictures.I’m using an Iphone 7 Tapforms 5.3.5 (921) Surprisingly, it synced perfectly to my iPad, with the pictures.
    Thank you in advance! I know you will walk me through the process.

    Hi Faith,

    Sorry for my delayed response.

    If you still have the photos on your iPad, I would suggest closing that document on your iPad, then close the same document on your iPhone. Remove the one from the iPhone and then use the Send Document function to send a copy of that document from your iPad to your iPhone.

    Thank you, Brendan! You provide the best and most personalized Tech support Ive ever seen! One more question. Which sync method is most reliable – through the cloud or nearby? Im so scared of losing data!
