With the last update (iMac and iPad) the trouble started. First, sync was disabled, after enabling it both devices are now double on iCloud. But the best was to come … now it seems to be impossible to start TF on my iPad it keeps crashing over and over again. Looks like the last updates were some kind of a step backwards. This is not the first time i’m having trouble with TF, iPad and iMac.

Hmm… I would recommend plugging into iTunes File Sharing and check to see if you can find a TapForms_db.sqlite-journal file there. If so, it’s possible that Tap Forms is working on replaying that journal file during the application startup process. It should eventually finish if you launch it enough times. It may have been that the app was exited before a sync was finished and it still needs to commit all the changes to the database. The launch process isn’t giving it enough time to complete the task it may be.
