Can't See Backup File

    I had to do a full reset of my iPhone6 and configure as a new device. When I load TapForms5 app, I am able to navigate to my fresh backup file on Google Drive, and it appears to download…but it never shows up in the Documents area. When I try to download again, it says that it is already there..transferring the file using iTunes did not allow it to show up either. Any help appreciated! iOS 12.1.4 and latest iTunes version.

    I actually figured it out…I had to first open up the new “My Life” Folder that gets created. Once I opened that, and THEN went to the Backup&Restore area, I was able to see the files I had downloaded for Restore!!! Hope this helps someone else in future. -fpnole

    Yes that’s right. I need to add a Restore option to the main Documents view so you don’t have to open up a document first to be able to restore a document.
