Can't figure out nearby sync

I can’t figure this out.

I have an iMac, an iPhone, and an iPad.

I get all the devices connected via nearby sync.

But when I add a record to the database on the iMac, the other devices are not updated.

I can’t force a sync as the “Sync Now” menu choice is greyed out.

Hi M,

Do you have the same document on each device? That is, is the “db-” value that you see on the Sync Settings screens identical on each device? That’s a requirement for Nearby sync to work.

And how do you have it configured? Do you have one device that is the “master” that the other devices connect to? Or have you set it up so that every device sees every other device?
