Can a list be sorted or not

I am searching a set o records and would like to be able to either sort them to groups elect ones I want, or alternatively is there some key combination to allow me to select records from this list? I know you can select the whole list using shift and click but I don’t want them all. Currently having to select one at a time is a pain.

Hi Roger,

The normal modifier keys will allow you to select multiple records at a time. That’s why the Select (1) button has the (1) in it. If you hold the shift key or command key down and then click on other records, that # will increase. That’s standard Mac stuff.
