Is there a way to calculate inventory?
I have a calculation field “stock” and I want a formula which shows me the current stock after I changed the amount (take something away or add something).
I just want to say +3 or -2 in a field “change” and the result should be seen in the field “stock”

Hi Carmen,
I think you would just need to enter in the current stock quantity rather than an offset value such as +3 or -2.
Unless you do something like add a Table field with an Amount field in it. Then you could add a sub-record to the Table field, type in +3 or -2 or whatever value and have Tap Forms add up all of those entries.
That would give you not only a running history of the inventory changes, but also the total you’re after.
