I am unable to backup my database, both manually (pressing the backup button in the main window and also options windows) and automatically (auto-backup when exiting).
I get this error message when attempting to backup:
“An error occurred backing up. Please restart Taps Form Mac and try again.”
I tried restarting a few times, and I still get this message.
This all started when I updated to the latest Tap Forms version.

Try resetting the Backup Folder and see if that solves the problem.
Click the popup button and then select the Choose… option. Then re-select the folder where you want to store your backup files.
