See attached views of my iPhone.
I like to use the List view for a checklist because the checkbox is active.
But, the third field is added below second field confusing the issue.
Is there a way to get rid of the 3rd field in list view?
I could use the Multi Col View, but the checkbox is not active there and very clumsy to use.

Yes. On the Customize Form screen, tap on the List View Fields option and reduce the number of fields displayed by 1.
Previously, I tried to read about that control and couldn’t figure out what the manual was saying it did. I was just curious. Now I understand.
Ya, it’s just the number of fields that get displayed on the List View.
