Use of your software for inspections

I am very interested in using your app. to complete a form for fire inspections. I have the following questions first:

Can I design a form with a logo/header

Is it possibly to email a completed form to someone

Can you search the forms by way of a field such as an address

can you export these as a comma delineated file?

Hello Matt,

1. Well, you can include a photo in a form, but it’s not really the same as having a paper form with a logo on it.
2. Yes, you can email a completed form. The next update to Tap Forms will also let you include photos and audio file attachments in those emails.
3. You can search an individual form for any text or numeric value or you can search the entire database. I don’t have the ability to search just a single field. It will search all fields of a form in one go. I hope to add a more advanced search function in a future update.
4. Yes, you can export your forms as a CSV file.
