    My 2009 iMac will not accept the OS update ftom 10.10 to 10.12.
    At some time I will replace this computer with a new one, but in the meantime, can I migrate to TapForms 5 on my iPhone and iPad, and then transfer the data to v5 on the new iMac (when I can afford a new iMac)?

    Yes, you can do that. The .tapforms document files are compatible between the Mac and iOS versions.
