Tap Forms 2 Locked Item moving

When I edit a form in Tap Forms 2, and add a rectangle for a background, I see the layer position in the stack controls the visibility of what’s on top of it. But if I then lock the rectangle, then Select All and try to move the fields, etc., the locked rectangle moves along with them, even though it is locked.

I would also like to see the editing tools for the layout as a floating palette, like in Pages 4.3. Showing the Form names, the record list, the form view and the editing tools, is wider even than the screen on a MacBook Pro 15″. To be able to move the tools around independently would make it easier. Right now I find myself moving the window back and forth a lot.

I’ll look into the moving issue. I guess I neglected to leave the locked objects out of the “Select All” function.
