I’am a psychologist and beginner in using Tapforms.
I’am trying to create a template
for my day-to-day work with my clients. Therefore
i need one form for the base data of my clients (Name, Birthday, Adress, etc.)
and this should connect / reference for every client to a separate form
that lists my single counselling sessions with notes, sorted by date.
I tried to set up a reference from the base data-form
to a separate “Session”-Form but unfortunately this
“Session”-Form collected ALL sessions from every client
not the one i selected.
Could you help me?

You need two forms.
1. client form where all the basic data is.
2. sessionform
create a field linked to form type one to many in the client form. From there you can start you’re session report. (add a session clicking on the + sign)

But unfortunately there is one small problem left.
When i click the “+”-Sign in my Sessions Form
it generates two entrys:
One with my notes and one entry totally empty
with the same “session”-form.
I just check if this is because
i activated “automatic counting” or something
but this was not the case.
Do you have an idea how to fix that?
