SyncDocs opens Nokia

Hello.. Have recently started using TapForms … and I’m delighted it does exactly what I need, so thank you.

However, I am confused…and I am not too computer-savvy.

I want to back up my data to pc (Windows) and, if I understand this correctly I have downloaded SyncDoc.

However, when I double click on the Jar File, Nokia Suite opens up. (Nokia was my old phone, I now use iphone4).

Please can you advise? Walkthrough preferred. Many thanks

I should say , it is Nokia OVI suite that opens. Thanks

Hello John,

Try double-clicking on the Troubleshoot.bat file instead of the jar file. I think somehow jar files have been associated with your old Nokia app.
