Sync set up issue

Hi Brendan,
I have been trying to set up the encryption key on my MAC. It tells me that I already have one. I certainly don’t recall setting it.
Which is confirmed by the fact that there is no entry in the Key Chain Access area.

Any suggestions?

Hello Andrew,

When you search in Keychain, do you search for “tapforms” or “Tap Forms”? You need to search for “Tap Forms” (without the quotes). You should see an entry there which you can find out what it is or just delete it.
