I use iCloud sync and encounter the following issue regularly: when clicking File – Sync from the menu, I see Sync fetching appear in the lower left part of Tap forms but after the Sync fetching is finished, the date displayed is not changed. It shows the date of two days ago. Closing and opening Tap forms gives the same result.
I do not encounter any other issues with iCloud.
I use Tap Forms 5 on an M3 iMac with MacOS 15.0

Addition: Sync fetching appears in the right lower part of the screen. Besides the date not changing, new and adjusted records are not synced either.
I would recommend maybe starting over with sync and removing the document from your other device and send it over again from the Mac. See if that solves the issue for you.
