Sync has been giving me headaches for days. Every time sync starts, Tap Forms locks up (“Application Not Responding”) and never completes. I have to kill it. I have tried everything, disabling sync, resetting, etc. to no avail.
I tried Dropbox but that seemed just as bad if not worse.
I have deleted the preferences file over and over, no help.
Please tell me how I can get sync to work reliably!

Can you please try entering in this command into the Terminal application window and then try again?
defaults delete com.tapforms.mac
It shouldn’t hang on you when sync is starting.
Are you using the latest version of Tap Forms? Version 3.5.1 is the latest.
