Has any one else had issues with the sync button in the Tools interface not responding on an iPad? We have had some users experience this issue after logging into our cloud account only to have the button grayed out. It is odd because while the button is grayed out and non-responsive in Tools, users are still able to initiate a sync when dragging down their list of forms in the My Forms interface. Everything is updated version wise and even after shutting down and restarting the device, the button is still grayed out. Any ideas on how to fix this?
The sync button is only enabled when you’re either using iCloud or when you have auto-sync disabled when using IBM Cloudant or Apache Nearby. And when you do tap on it, it simply sends a request to the database to initiate a sync. But that may not happen if Tap Forms doesn’t think it needs to sync.

In these cases the auto-sync has been disabled and users have signed into our Cloudant account but the button is still not responding, however, the other syncing method is functioning and sending data to and from Cloudant. The issue appears to be device dependent as the other day we had it happen on one iPad but on another three the button functioned properly.
