Sorting/Hiding by check mark fields

First let me just say what a great app you’ve made, its uses are unlimited.

I think I might have stumble upon a bug – I’m using several check mark fields in my form, and I would like to use some of them for sorting the records, but it seems that though I’ve picked one of them to be the first field, it seems like it doesn’t affect the sorting.

Also, are you planning on adding, besides sorting and grouping, an option to hide records base on certain fields? I would like to be able to hide records in my form that are no longer needed for immediate access (to reduce clutter), but still want them to be stored for future reference (and be searchable). Right now I have a “Relevant” check mark field, but I can also see the use of hiding base on dates (like anything that’s 3 days old), and maybe even using an and/or relations between different criteria.

Hi!

If you group by your check mark field then you can get a similar effect. All of your checked and unchecked fields will be grouped together. I will be adding filters in a future update.
