Is it possible which one additionally to the function entry as email sends still the function entry as SMS sends implemented?

Yes. If you use a Phone Number field type, tapping on the phone button to the right of the phone number will ask you if you wish to call or SMS/Text the phone number.
This was a feature I added in the latest release.

That was not which I meant. I have a document put on which I completely as SMS to dispatch would like. Not a self-written SMS from a document.
