Jose MonteiroParticipantHi Brendan,
Attached files show:
File 01 – A Form and their “SS” Saved Searches
File 02 – A Multi-Column view for that form with their groups
File 03 – A Multi-Column view for the SS “1 AFAP”
File 04 – The SS rules for “1 AFAP”Each group has 8 records as we can see on file 02.
The SS shows only 7.
The Refresh Records button doesn’t help. This already happened with SS “2 AFAP”.
I have to exit the document and open it again to be able to see all 8 records on the group.Am I missing something?
Jose

BrendanKeymasterWould you be able to email me an archive of this file so I can experiment with it to try and find out why the 8th row doesn’t display in the search?

Jose MonteiroParticipantI’m sending you the archive file.
Meanwhile I’ve been changing this file and SS.
I’m not sure you’ll be able to reproduce this issue since when we open the Document everything looks fine.
When we work on it, sometimes issues like this happen.Just like the one I’ve already told you, that when we create a new SS, we are not able to collapse the SS clicking on the left triangle before the form name; we have to exit the document and open it again to be able to do it.

Jose MonteiroParticipantThis is another issue happening when creating a form.
One of the Group Records Header is not shown on MCLV “Prato Px”; even after clicking the Refresh Records Button.
This time, after exiting and reopening the Document, the record “Prato Px” is missing (3rd attached file).

Jose MonteiroParticipantI’m not sure if I’m missing something.
This is another issue creating a form.
Refreshing records does not change anything.According to the options set on the inspector panel, I believe records should be grouped by GRP, then sorted by GRP, and finally by Nm.
That is not what MVLV is showing on MCLV-3.
After exiting the Document and opening it again everything looks fine (MCLV-4).

Jose MonteiroParticipantI’m sorry.
After exiting the document and opening it again, things are not well (MCLV-4).
As you can see, values in the GRP field are sorted, but they are not the same values we have on MCLV-3 as they should be.

Jose MonteiroParticipantI’m not sure if copying values picking the yellow handle has anything to do with this.

BrendanKeymasterHmm… I’m not seeing that in the file you sent me.
Plus not sure if you wanted to post that to the forum for the world to see or email it to me directly.
