Removing old version 3.5

    Hi.
    I have both version 5 and 3.5 running on my iMac and now want to remove all of version 3.5 and associated files.
    Will removing the app be enough or do I need to remove other files?

    Hi Paul,

    Tap Forms 3.5.x stores its data files in this location:

    ~/Library/Containers/com.tapforms.mac

    So you could also delete that folder too if deleting the application doesn’t also delete that folder for you.

    To get to that folder, just make sure you have the Library folder visible in your home folder. Or if it’s not visible, hold the option key down when you click on the Go menu in the Finder and you’ll see it appear there in the menu. Then you can navigate into the Containers folder and find the com.tapforms.mac folder and delete it.

    Tap Forms 5 stores its files in this folder:

    ~/Library/Containers/com.tapzapp.tapforms-mac

    Thanks Brendan. All done and no more opening the wrong version accidentally.
