    Hi Brendan,
    For some reason I cannot print a layout – a mailing label that I want to print on plain paper and cut out to attach to whatever it is that I am sending.

    I use the print command and the particular entry in table form shows up to be printed. What is going on there?

    Hi Kimberly,

    Make sure you have the Record details or labels option selected for the Print Layout setting on the Print sheet.

    Thanks, Brendan.
    But all of a sudden, the labels are appearing in the print preview as they should be. It must have been a glitch somewhere.

    You also have to have the custom layout selected before you select Print. If you had the Default Layout selected, then you won’t get the labels layout printed.
