    Hi Brendan
    I am sure you have got enought to do but here is a very minor cosmetic request. Having carefully chosen my form icons it would be nice, and help my OCD, if the form icon printed out along with the form name, so we get the first image, not the second uploaded.
    Any chance? I have looked but don’t see it in the print options.

    That’s coming in the new version of Tap Forms I’m currently working on. I have a more powerful, revamped printing engine which will do that already. You can even optionally show or hide the form icon.
