passcode for tap forms on iphone stopped working

I entered my 4 digit code on my iPhone Tap Forms app and it said it was the wrong. I have never changed it. Anything I can do to get by the 4 digit code to my data.

I am using mac version Tap Forms 5 version 5.3.7 (Build 1819)
I have an iphone 7 — I keep it updated.

I have never changed my password and I have been using tap forms for quite some time.

I powered off and then powered on my iPhone, password still not working.

Please advise.

So it’s just the iPhone version that’s not working?

Is it the application passcode or the document password?

If it’s the application passcode then if it’s not working, the only thing you can do is delete Tap Forms and re-install it to clear out the passcode setting. But you would want to use iTunes File Sharing to take a copy of all your .tapforms documents before you do that because on iOS when you delete an app, the data gets deleted along with it.

Once you re-install the app you can copy the documents back to it using iTunes File Sharing again.
