    I would like to know whether it is possible to create or form a hyperlink in a Notes field.

    It is possible to drag an email and a hyperlink will be created in the Notes field to that email. Also it is possible to paste an URL will also create a link automatically to the website page.

    Hi Victor,

    Sure. Just type your hyperlink and Tap Forms will automatically convert it to a clickable element.

    Tap Forms uses Apple’s Data Detectors technology, so it tries to figure out if what you’re typing is a link of any sort.
