Can I remove a database from the My Forms list? I wanted to experiment with a couple from your templates (great BTW!) and don’t need them under My Forms anymore.
Right click on the database you want to remove. It will give you the option to delete.

Yes, what Colleen said is correct for deleting the form. However, if you want to keep the form template without deleting it, you can simply delete all the records in the form. That will cause the form to be removed from the left side the next time you switch between All Forms and My Forms or the next time you re-launch Tap Forms.
Essentially, anything that lives in the My Forms list means it has one or more records inside it.
