    I have 6 employees that will be using a tap form to enter data on iPads. I want them to export their .csv daily, which will contain 1 record for each visit for the day. This will go to dropbox daily, where I will import into access and build reports. My questions are:

    1. Is there a way to customize the name of the exported .csv for each employee, or do I just need to make each employees’ form name different so the file names will be different?

    2. Is there a way to auto-delete records? After the employee exports his or her records at the end of the day, I wanted to be sure that those records are not included in the following day’s export.

    Hello mbb4331,

    1. No, sorry, the name of the form is used to generate the name of the CSV file for export. So renaming the form to the name of the user would be a good solution.

    2. On the record list view there’s a Delete All Records function which you could instruct your employees to use once they’ve finished emailing the CSV for the day.
