    I was working on a Form a while back.  I made a copy of it somehow and made alterations like adding fields and added calculations.

    I was reviewing that work (unfinished), and noticed that it is present in the desktop, but is missing on my iPhone.  How is that possible?  And, how do I get it to show up on my iPhone.

    I added a Form icon and it showed up on my iPhone.

    Problem solved.
